• Working with the team and delivering a professional, high level service to customers, whilst maintaining the facilities to a fantastic standard.
• To lead by example and as a senior member of the staff in communication, presentation and dealing with customers.
• Ensure that the business targets for the studio are achieved, and relevant action is taken to address any shortfall.
• Working consistently to bring new customers to the studio through social media, leafleting, and word of mouth.

Essential Requirements

• High energy, ambitious and professional
• At least 3-5 years of experience in barbering and or ladies' hairdressing
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Must be able to drive, or be comfortable with commuting to all three of our locations

• Practising on friends, family and hair models.
• High level of communication, organisation and presentation.

We are initially looking for someone part time in Twyford for weekend work to help assist the senior barbers/stylists and manage customers and the facilities. We are open to someone working Friday/Saturday/Sunday initially before going full time 5 days a week.

Job responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients.
• Provide refreshments and check the clients comfort.
• You will be trained to shampoo and massage clients hair and scalp, using professional products.
• You will be trained on all products.
• Responsible for keeping the salon looking tidy and clean.
• We offer full training for this position, no real experience required. An interest in hair and fashion would support your application.
